5 Week Course Of Baby Yoga

New baby yoga classes open for booking now! 

Baby yoga classes are fun, relaxed, highly beneficial to baby and parent alike with relaxation time as well as many different moves and stretches to benefit baby.
Known benefits of baby yoga are:
improved sleeping patterns both duration and frequency
reduced symptoms from wind, colic and constipation,
parents learn soothing techniques to calm themselves and baby,
yoga reduces stress for both parents and baby,
baby yoga creates balance between strength and flexibility in developing bodies, so they grow strong and maintain the flexibility the are born with (which helps hugely with milestones),
healthy habits learnt early in life become healthy habits later in life,
yoga is great for mum's to strengthen their bodies, calm their minds, feel relaxed and get back into shape (classes are for baby but there are some physical demands on the adults too).

Come along and meet some new mums to support you through this new and exciting journey of parenthood! Also get support from Liz our instructor who is highly experienced with over 20yrs NHS background (qualified children's nurse and health visitor).
