Easter Family Fun

Easter fun returns to Bransby Horses this April with lots of activities including the return of their Easter Egg Hunt. The hunt will be on throughout the holidays from Friday 5th- Tuesday 23rd April from 10am-3pm where you can follow the clues to find a jumbled word and collect your prize at the end (£3 per entry).On April 6th and 7th Bransby Horses will also be holding Easter Fun Days from 12pm-4pm where circus performers Feet First Entertainment (Saturday only) and Outta the Ordinary Animals - with a chance to meet and greet animals - will be just two of the highlights for visitors as part of a family day out that will also include egg decorating, face painting, bouncy castles and competitions to win a prize. Easter Trail at Far Ings

This Easter holiday, join us for a fun, self-guided trail with wildlife quiz questions from Sunday 7th-Monday 22nd April.  Pick up your trail sheet from the Visitor Centre from 10am to 4pm, or collect from our leaflet box outside Centre opening hours. Easter holidays

Make the most of the fresh springtime air with lots of things to do outdoors, from natural play to spotting wildlife from Monday 8th- Monday 18th April daily from 11am-4pm. This event is free, but normal admission charges apply for the venue. Also from Tuesday 19th- Monday 22nd April the Cadbury Bunny will bounce into Tattershall Castle and borrow Lord Cromwell's biggest treasure chest for his stash of precious chocolate. Our floppy-eared friend will leave clues around the castle so that you can unlock the chest and claim a choccy treat. Slime Workshop - Lincoln Arboretum

It's slime time! Come and learn how to make slime with a few simple ingredients on Tuesday 9th April. Can you make it fluffy? Can you make it scrunchy? Can you make it look disgusting? There is a charge of £3.50 per child for this event and booking is essential. All children must be accompanied by an adult. This activity is aimed at children aged 4 to 13 years. The Greatest Circus

Ladies & gents this is the moment you have been waiting for…Be prepared to be dazzled and delighted during the The Greatest Circus show during Eggstreme Easter. The circus will be with us from Saturday 13th – Tuesday 23rd April. The circus is FREE to all day ticket and annual pass holders. No pre-booking required. Seats to the circus are on a first come first served queue basis. Performances on the picnic lawns inside the big top at 12noon, 2pm and 4pm.

Easter Bunny Bonanza

Visit the farm over the Easter break for our Bunny Bonanza event from Saturday 6th-Monday 22nd April. What's in stall? Meet our very own 'bunny in blue' and take a picture with him, egg hunt around the farm (WIN a family pass!), take part in various crafts & activities, enjoy themed food & drink (extra charge), plus lots more! Our much-loved tractor trailer ride & small animal handling will of course still be taking place for visitors to enjoy. Wizard of Oz

Join us for Easter pantomime fun from Saturday 13th-Monday 22nd April. Family entertainment for everyone! Starring Sophie Towns as Dorothy, Chris Johnson as The Lion, Michelle Morris as The Witch, Jonny Weston as The Scarecrow, Georgia Hayes-Cowley as The TinWoman and Chris Hayes as Glindora Mama Munch. Running time: Approximately 2 hours ( including an interval ). Shows at 2pm & 6pm. On Monday 15th April there is a Relaxed Performance aimed at parents with babies and pre-school children and anyone with an Autism Spectrum Condition, sensory and communication disorder, or a learning disability. The overall sound is bought down by 25%, auditorium lights are up by 25% and we will not use loud bangs, pyro technics or strobe lighting.

Woodhall Spa Lions Easter Egg Hunt

An Easter Egg Treasure Hunt will take place in the grounds of the Petwood Hotel, Woodhall Spa, starting at the Temple Gardens and then through the woods on Saturday 20th April (2pm-4pm). There will be an Easter egg prize for all participants. Hosted by Woodhall Spa Lions Club. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Easter Eggsploration

Explore the gardens and help Jolly the Unicorn find all of the rabbits to get your very own chocolate treat from Sunday 21st-Monday 22nd April. You can also look forward to family fun on the Croquet Lawn and a choice between an I-spy trail or Easter fact-finding trail in the gardens. The impressive Elizabethan Hall, which has more than 400 years of unbroken family history to explore, will also be open on Easter Sunday and Monday. The Great Big Easter Egg Hunt

Easter Bunny Extravaganza at Rand Farm Park

New this year - all families can meet Hopkins the Gardener and participate in the interactive show before moving through the warren to Miss Cottontail's Nursery to hold and cuddle the baby rabbits and then arriving with the Easter Bunny where every child will receive a chocolate egg to take home (or eat!) Available at intervals between 11am and 4pm every day from Saturday 6th to Monday 22nd April. All the above activities are included in the normal admission rate. Obviously attractions will be open (subject to the weather) including bottle feeding the baby lambs at 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3.30pm, tractor rides throughout the day, Archery, Skyrider, Crazy Golf and much more.
